Counselling & Clinical Supervision

A practice built on professional integrity and the reality of human diversity.

I provide a direct and grounded space for both therapeutic work and clinical supervision. My practice is built on the understanding that "normal" is a subjective concept; instead, I focus on the reality of how different minds process, communicate, and navigate the world.

Counselling for Individuals
Therapy here isn’t about ticking boxes or meeting a standard of "functionality." It is a professional partnership designed to help you understand your own internal landscape. We focus on the practical and emotional reality of your life, exploring your experiences without the filter of societal expectations. Whether we are navigating systemic barriers or personal challenges, the work is always led by your specific processing style and goals.

Supervision for Practitioners
For qualified and student counsellors, I provide supervision that is both ethically rigorous and deeply appreciative of cognitive diversity. Using the Seven-Eyed Model, we look at the complexities of the therapeutic relationship and the wider systems we work within. My aim is to provide a solid framework where you can reflect on your work with honesty, free from the pressure to perform a "standard" therapist identity.

I am an integrative therapist, adapting my approach to each individual person’s needs. Warm and compassionate, I place the therapeutic relationship at the heart of my work, providing a safe space for you to talk freely and explore whatever it is you need to. Together, we can explore your inner and outer world to gain a deeper understanding of yourself. We may observe your individual patterns, processes, and emotions — where these may have come from, how they’ve developed over time, and how they may be influencing your present. My aim is to empower and equip you to tackle current challenges and make changes that positively impact your future.

Sessions are £60 during the day and £65 for evening sessions after 5pm.

Level 6 Qualified Counsellor

I’m a humastic counsellor with knowledge and training in a range of psychotherapeutic approaches, working with individuals from children to adults. Humanistic therapy focuses on the individual, with individual experiences, needs and requirements.

We all may have issues, negative emotions and concerns. I provide a safe, empathic, non-judgemental and confidential environment in which to explore your experiences. I offer support to help you process emotions, evaluate your needs and establish self-awareness, developing a positive relationship with yourself through therapeutic healing. Together we can build coping strategies, improve emotional well-being and establish positive growth.

As a neurodivergent counsellor I have struggled with various issues myself and have entered into a journey of self-exploration through counselling. Through my understanding of maintaining mental health and many years training and experience as a counsellor, I can offer support in managing issues, establish well-being and help empower individuals.

Level 4 Qualified Counsellor

I'm an integrative counsellor offering both online and face-to-face therapy for adults and young people. My work is grounded in creating a calm, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you can feel safe to explore whatever is going on for you.

I understand that reaching out for support isn’t always easy. Life can feel overwhelming at times, and it’s not always simple to make sense of our thoughts, emotions, or experiences. My aim is to provide a space where you feel heard, understood, and able to begin making sense of things at your own pace—whether we meet online or in person.

My Approach

As an integrative counsellor, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, tailoring each session to you as an individual. I believe there’s no one-size-fits-all in therapy—your experiences, your story, and your needs are unique, and our work together should reflect that.

At the heart of my practice is the therapeutic relationship. Building trust, openness, and a genuine connection is key to meaningful change. From this foundation, we can explore challenges, develop self-awareness, and support personal growth in a way that feels right for you.

How I Can Help

I work with both adults and young people, supporting a wide range of emotional and life challenges. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, struggling with self-confidence, or simply looking to better understand yourself, counselling can offer a space to reflect, process, and move forward.

Sessions are available both online and face-to-face, allowing you to choose the setting that feels most comfortable and accessible for you.

My focus is not on “fixing” you, but on working alongside you—helping you to explore your experiences, build insight, and find your own way forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Level 4 Qualified Counsellor

My work is rooted in a person-centred approach, which means I believe you are the expert in your own life. I work integratively, drawing on different approaches to gently tailor our work together so it feels right for you and your unique experiences.

Over the years, I’ve supported both children and adults in a range of settings including schools, hospices, private practice, and outdoors. I work one-to-one and with groups, and have spent much of my time alongside people navigating grief, domestic abuse, and neurodiversity. Creating a safe, compassionate and non-judgemental space is at the heart of what I do.

I’ve led neurodiversity groups in outdoor settings, facilitated peer support groups for those affected by domestic abuse, and co-facilitate a nine-month nature-based programme for older teens and young adults. I’m passionate about the healing potential of connection — both with others and with the natural world — and the way nature can offer grounding, perspective and space to grow.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), an accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), and an accredited Wilderness Therapist. I hold Level 3 Safeguarding training and am committed to ongoing professional development to continually enhance my practice. I am currently midway through completing a Postgraduate Certificate in Clinical Supervision.

I offer sessions in a therapy room, online, or outdoors in nature, depending on what feels most supportive for you. If you’re considering reaching out, you’re very welcome to get in touch for an informal conversation.
